Pristine Retail T/A Pristine Living Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering the Pristine Living Competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

1. Organizer

4th Prize Keter Cortina 2020L

5th Prize  Keter Ultra 2000L

6th Prize Keter Hudson Bench 

• Free delivery and free assembly of the shed and bench by Pristine Living.

The total prize includes free delivery and installation for eligible locations within South and West Wales. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Pristine Living reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of South and West Wales only.

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of Pristine Living, their immediate family members, and individuals professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Requirements

• A maximum of  1400 tickets will be available for the competition.

• Each ticket costs £5.

• Participants may purchase multiple tickets, subject to availability.

• Entries will only be valid once payment is received and confirmed by Pristine Living.

• The competition closes once 1400 tickets have been sold or on [closing date], whichever comes first.

5. Prize Draw Period

The competition opens on [start date] and closes on [closing date/time] or when all 800 tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.

Pristine Living reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in a supervised draw.

• The draw will take place on [May 3rd 2025 time 12.30pm], and the winner will be notified via [email/phone] within [on the day ] of the draw.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within [number of days], Pristine Living reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• The decision of Pristine Living regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Publicity

• By entering the competition, participants agree that Pristine Living may use their name, photo (if applicable), and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities, including a photo opportunity during the prize delivery and assembly.

8. Liability

• Pristine Living is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or other problems that may result in an entry being lost, incomplete, or delayed.

• Pristine Living accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Disqualification

• Pristine Living reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has acted fraudulently or dishonestly.

10. Cancellation or Amendment

• Pristine Living reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control require such action.

11. Data Protection

• Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for these purposes.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wales.
