Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Pristine Retail Ltd T/A Pristine Living is running a competition from 09 January 2025 to 1PM 01 03 May 2025.
By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Prize Draw Period

This competition will start on 09 January 2025 and end at 1PM on 03/ May/ 2025.
Any entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

There is no cash alternative to these prizes.

4. Entry Requirements

- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Each ticket costs £5.00.
- A maximum of 1400 tickets will be available for this competition.
- Entrants must answer the competition question correctly to be eligible for the draw.
- Entrants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

To enter the competition, purchase a ticket via the official channels provided by Pristine Retail Ltd T/A Pristine Living.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all correct entries after the competition closes at  12.30PM on 3RD MAY 2025. By  online platform  Random Result  Live
The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently, and the winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, a new winner will be selected.

7. Delivery and Assembly

- Free delivery is only available within a 50-mile radius of SA11 4SR.
- For delivery beyond this radius, a surcharge will apply, which will be communicated before delivery.
- Free assembly is applicable only to the Keter Oakland 1175SD Shed and the Keter Hudson Bench.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pristine Retail Ltd T/A Pristine Living will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prizes.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to their data being used for the purposes of administering the competition.

10. Publicity

The winner agrees to allow Pristine Retail Ltd T/A Pristine Living to publish their name and general location (e.g., town or city) in promotional materials, including social media, unless they request anonymity.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
